PHUKET! :)

Ok, so yep, i went to Phuket. It's really a nice place to be in..

DAY 1 - 9th Dec
We arrived in Phuket in the afternoon and a driver was waiting for us at the airport. He picked us up and headed to Swiss Palm Resorts.. There, we checked in and headed out to a nearby restaurant for lunch. Food was good. Then we went for a walk through the area. There were many people offering massage services or food or taxis. I kinda pity the people who have to sit by the roadside to persuade people to use their services. We went to a FISH SPA. The fishes were humongous! We managed to bargain. It was like $8 for 30 mins.. I kinda wasted that money cause i didn't want to put my leg in and it was ticklish at first. Dad was kinda angry at me, though. I was so scared that i cried :( . All the angmohs who were visiting were like staring at me wailing like a baby. AHH, embarassing. Ok, but i managed to overcome my fears and eventually sticked my foot in. Woah, the fishes ate all the dead skin, now my feet feels much smoother. That was a frightful, yet exciting experience.

DAY 2 - 10th Dec
We went elephant riding in the morning. I was super scared of the elephant, but got used to it after a while. We went past many rubber trees, and woah, the rubber is real sticky.. Sitting on the elephant's back, the ride was bumpy, but the view was magnificent. Haha, i think it was the most expensive thing we went for, but ohwell, my bro's requested birthday gift..  Then we went to a T-shirt shop to get T-shirts. The driver recommended it as the shop was cheap and good, i guess. So yeah, i bought 1 shirt only cause that shop just pissed me off. Everything i wanted, they didn't have OR out of stock. Yet they claim that they print their own shirts and is a wholesaler whatever crap.. Lucky for me, the rest of the day was spent at another T-shirt shop. It was of good quality and much cheaper. And it has the designs i wanted! Yay! So i bought a total of 3 shirts..

DAY 3 - 11th Dec
Mum and Dad went out early in the morning to check out the beach and a massage. They came home slightly past noon to pick the sleeping 3 (bro, sis and i) up. We had lunch at a roadside stall, just to try thai noodles and rice. Then, we went to the beach for a leisure walk. The weather was just wonderful! No sun, light breezes, just great! The seashells at Phuket were so tiny and small, so i didn't bother to collect any.. There were fresh seafood available and my sis picked up many fresh shellfishes. I suggested having a beachside dinner, like patronizing the small pasamalam lookalike stalls by the beach. However, my suggestion was rejected by bro and sis as they wanted to go to a restaurant. But my insistence won, and we went to the small pasamalam lookalike stalls. Food was great and quite cheap too! Love the food at small beachside stalls. The drinks were like large slurpee size and only costs $0.80..

DAY 4 - 12th Dec
Flight was in the morning, so we had to wake up extremely early that day. Got to the airport and had breakfast at Burger King. We reached about 2+ in the afternoon. After a good lunch at SOUPerlicious, we headed for the MRT to get home. Aunt was at work, so she couldn't drive us home and the car was left at home as well. Yep, when i arrived home, i was just so exhausted, but had to keep myself awake to complete half of Chem TYS Holiday Homework.. I just realised that there is no time left! Completion of my holiday homework is kinda screwed right now and i don't really know what to do :(

So, Phuket is a wonderful place to be in. But the next time that i can ever travel would be after Os.. Can't wait for the excitingexhaustingadventurousandstressful 2013 to past.. I wanna get Os over and done with..
